Artists were hired to make paintings for festival goers to explore and connect with during the course of the music festival.

Hulaween is known for interactive art, being an immersive experience, and utilizing creativity to transform the space and make the festival come alive. Melanie was a participating artist and shared her contribution by painting a woman with neon, LED paint, to bring her message to life.
